Fried Rice




Ingredients:

oil                                  2 -3 table spoons(tsp)
Onion                            1
ginger garlic paste          2 tsp
green chillies                  3-4
saffron                           1/4 tsp
corriander leaves           5-6 stalks
cardamom                     1
cloves                            2
cinnamon                      1
Black cumin seeds        1/4 tsp
rice                              2 cups
salt                              as per taste

Method

Heat the oil in a dish.  Add all the spices (cardmom,cloves,cinnamon & black cumin seeds)
Then add the onions, green chillies (slit), ginger and garlic paste, saffron and fry well, till onions are golden brown, then add the corriander chopped leaves and add 4 cups of water  add the salt and allow it to boil.  Add the washed rice in the boiling water mix well and allow to cook on medium flame for 5 -10 min then allow it to cook on sim for 5- 8 min.
